In honor of the MMIW epidemic, Maddyx decided to create a Native woman as a beautiful angel to remember those whose lives were taken. Maddyx hopes that all will wear, drink or show off the apparel with respect of the Native children & women. Her goal in creating the artwork is to spread awareness about this important topic.
